Registration:
Q: How do I register?
A: Complete the “Intent to Enroll Form”, we will schedule a “Family Interview”, and upon an accepted application we will send you the Registration Form, Waivers & Payment Details ( A non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.)

A: Athlete's basic info, emergency contacts, sports history, signed waivers, and payment.

Athlete Expectations:
Q: What is expected of athletes?
A: Arrive on time (early), give full effort, self-accountability, respectful to all staff and peers, violence/hazing will not be tolerated, respect for the facility and all equipment, and uphold the values of 3:1.
Q: What happens if the Code of Conduct is violated?
A: Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the program depending on severity.

Q: What is the drop-off/pick-up policy?
A: Academy Student-Athletes can be in the building from 8:15-3:30, Colorado Prospects follow Prospects rules
Q: Can athletes train with an injury?
A: Athletes must notify the 3:1 administration in writing, their coach before training, and physician clearance is required before returning.
Equipment and Attire:
Q: What should athletes wear and bring?
A: 3:1 Sports Academy athletic clothing, their own personal equipment, small snacks and water bottles.
